Shipping Policy
How fast we ship: 1-2 business day processing from North Hollywood, CA; free US shipping over $49; 2-7 business day delivery in the contiguous US.
Our policy in plain English
Processing time. Orders placed on business days are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Carriers. We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS depending on the size and destination of your order.

Shipping costs.
- Free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more (contiguous US).
- Orders under $49: standard shipping from $6.99, calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) available in the contiguous US at checkout.
PO Boxes and APO. Small items (sensors, plugs, memory cards, yard signs) can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Large items (robot vacuums, NVRs, multi-camera systems, base stations) require a street address and ship via UPS or FedEx.
Tracking. A tracking link is emailed to you the day your order ships, and you can follow it on the Track Order page.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping day and time. Courier deliveries are made Monday–Saturday by the carrier, not by Security King Homes; we cannot guarantee specific delivery windows.
Backorders. In the rare case an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you within 1 business day and either ship what is available, hold your order, or offer a full refund — your choice.
