Check the status of your Security King Homes order and follow your shipment with live tracking.
How to track your order.
- Order number and email: when you order, we email a confirmation containing your order number and — once shipped — a tracking number and carrier link.
- Need a status check? Use the form below or email sales@securitykinghomes.com with your order number.
Order status meanings.
- Processing — your order is being packed; ships within 1–2 business days.
- Shipped — your order is with UPS, FedEx or USPS; the email includes live tracking.
- Delivered — carrier reports delivery; check your doorstep, porch and mailbox.
- Exception / returned — contact us and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
When to contact us.
- No tracking number after 3 business days
- Tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days
- Package shows delivered but you cannot find it (contact us within 48 hours with the tracking number)
