1. Acceptance. By accessing https://securitykinghomes.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Orders and acceptance. An order is a request to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or an error occurred). If we cannot fulfill an order, we will not charge you, or we will refund any charge in full.
4. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We accept the payment methods listed on the payment page. We may update prices anytime; the price at checkout governs your order. If a price or product description error is obvious (e.g., a typo), we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
5. Product information. We work to keep product names, descriptions and images accurate, but manufacturers update specs and packaging. If a product materially differs from its listing, the return policy applies.
6. Intellectual property. All site content — designs, text, graphics, logos — belongs to Security King Homes or its licensors. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy the site's content for commercial use.
7. Acceptable use. You agree not to: interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
8. No warranties / liability. The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
9. Product safety. Please install and use products according to the manufacturer's included instructions. Devices should be mounted securely; batteries and wiring handled per the manufacturer's guidance.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
